Machinized wine harvest in October, and alcoholic fermentation at a 25ºC control temperature for 15 days.

Nine months in oak American 300 lts. barrels.

Ruby red colored wine. 
Aromatic oak sensations and tanic fruits taste: cocoa, strawberry and licuorice. 
Long tast with a mixture of oak, blackberry, bilberry and raspberry sensations.

Our advice is to serve it at 16ºC.
